Sessions
Sessions can be held over the phone, online through zoom, or walk and talk (when weather permits)
Sessions typically last 50 minutes, but can be adjusted between 30-75 minutes to suit your needs. Duration and frequency can be customised.
While 8-12 sessions is the recommended minimum, this may vary depending on your individual needs.
Session progression will be reviewed together.

Cost
Sessions are £60 for 50 minutes. Additional sessions and pricing options can be discussed during the agreement phase to ensure they meet your needs.
If you pre-pay for 6 sessions, you'll receive a 10% discount on the total cost.
If you pre-pay for 6 sessions, you'll receive a 10% discount on the total cost.

4. Appointments
Can be made by phone, video call, or walk-and-talk (BST), as agreed in consultation and confirmed after.
